The Vulcan Traditional Bump Cap's outer shell is made of hard, curable polyethylene and includes ventilation holes in cap sides for cool air circulation.
The smooth crown helps reduce risk of objects catchin on ribs. Inside, the 4 point suspension is made of flexible polyethylene, includes a simple "Squeeze Lock" adjustable strap, and a free, cushoiny soft sweatband. Clearance between the suspension and shell enhances cooling air flow, esxpecailly in warm environments.
